Dana K. Ray has been writing gutsy, true to life Christian stories since she became a teenager. An avid Kansas City Chief and Mizzou Tiger fan and a director of a preschool in her church. She and her husband reside in the Midwest with their four children and four dogs.
After trying to fill a void with other things, I accepted Christ at fifteen, graduated from high school a year early and headed to Bible College at seventeen.
After numerous tragedies, at twenty-one, I felt abandoned by God. I was catapulted into the ocean and defaulted into my old life. I lived in darkness for a couple of years, treaded water for a few years before I began to swim.
I fell in love with Jesus all over again and after months of intense Bible study and prayer, I learned to hear His voice. He showed me that He never left me during my time in the desert and that He was working in my life the entire time. I've been faithful and loving Him ever since. There's nobody cooler and funner then Jesus! It has been a wild ride!
I am blessed to have married my hubby Tom back in '89 and we have four wonderful children, four dogs, and a lots of puppies a couple times each year.
